1. How do I place an order?
Browse the products you like on our official website, select the corresponding style and quantity, and then click "Add to Cart". After completing your selection, go to the shopping cart to checkout, enter your delivery information and payment method, and finally click "Confirm Order" to complete the purchase.

2. Can the order be modified or cancelled?
We recommend that you contact customer service within 24 hours after placing an order to modify or cancel the order. Once the order status is updated to "Shipped", we will not be able to make changes.

3. What payment methods can I use?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and other major payment platforms. You can choose the payment method that suits you best at checkout.

4. How long does it take to ship?
We usually process your order within 5 business days after confirming payment. Shipping time may vary depending on the shipping method and delivery address you choose.

6. How do I return or exchange my product?
